Overview
Sheet Metal Trade Foreman at RQ Construction, LLC. This position supports projects in the Pensacola/Hurlburt Field area with potential travel to Southeast projects as needed. The Sheet Metal Trade Foreman is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews to safely produce quality work in alignment with project requirements, budget, schedule, and RQ values (Safety, Ethics, Innovation, People, Teamwork, Discipline).
PAY: $ per hour, DOE

Location notes:
Pensacola/Hurlburt Field area; some travel to support Southeast projects.
- Supervise, direct, and coordinate assigned sheet metal crews on a project site to achieve safety, quality, and schedule goals.
- Ensure work complies with project requirements, codes, and specifications.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, project engineers, and senior management to meet milestones and budgets.
- Lead daily site operations planning and allocate resources (labor, materials, time) to meet milestones.
- Maintain a strong safety program on site and enforce RQ safety procedures.
- Provide leadership to crew members to achieve daily and long-term project objectives.
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management or engineering preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Foreman supervising the sheet metal trade on medium or large projects.
- Minimum three (3) years of field or trade experience in construction; government, military, or large commercial project experience preferred.
- Design-build experience is desirable.
- Experience fabricating sheet metal in various shapes for industrial and/or commercial-scale projects is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required; training available for Primavera, Oracle, BIM, and Revit/Autodesk.
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available).
