Internal Medicine Physician

Type of practice:
o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, and Crestview.

• Type of employment:
o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.

• Number of physicians:
o Internal Medicine: 4 doctors, 3 Allied Health Professionals
o Total in clinic: 46 doctors, 34 extenders (PA or ARNP)

• Office hours:
Monday-Friday from 8-5pm

• Requirements:
o US Resident or Green Card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)

• Type of EMR:
Athena

• Call: 1 day per week for the clinic only;
Mon-Friday 8-6pm
