Family Practice - OB Physician

Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician
Type of practice:

o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, and Navarre.

• Type of employment:

o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.

• Number of physicians:

o Family Practice: 6 doctors, 7 Allied Health Professionals (PA or ARNP)
o Total in clinic: 44 doctors, 30 extenders (PA or ARNP)

• Office hours:
Monday-Friday, 8-5pm

• Requirements:
o US Resident or Green card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency/fellowship)

• Call:
Rotating call schedule between all family practice doctors

• Average number of patients per day: 25-30
