Envision Physician Services is seeking an experienced and innovative director to lead our high‑performing cardiac anesthesia program at HCA Florida Fort Walton‑Destin Hospital on Florida's Emerald Coast.

• Direct and elevate a comprehensive cardiac anesthesia program
• Generous Compensation: $575k‑$590k + $125,000 start‑date bonus, relocation bonus, licensure support, 10 weeks PTO, 100% paid malpractice, and full benefits

• Anesthesia Care team: 9 physicians and 25 APPs
• Approximately 400 cardiac cases annually
• Level II Trauma Center
• Cardiac Fellowship, TEE Certification required
• Diverse case mix including cardiac, vascular, gynecology, orthopedics, trauma, ENT, neurology, spine, general, robotic, thoracic‑lung, OB‑non‑high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, cath‑lab, bronch lab, plastic, day‑surgery, pediatrics, and podiatry

• Cardiac Fellowship and TEE Certification
• Extensive leadership experience in cardiac anesthesia
