Position: Electrical / Telecommunications Project Manager

Electrical / Telecommunications Project Manager

Join our innovative team to lead electrical and telecommunications projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization will take place in summer 2026. The role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, company‑provided housing for self and dependents, a company‑provided vehicle, paid utilities, quarterly trips back to your home, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, health savings account, and paid time off.

Relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is required along with a valid passport and a comprehensive background check. Candidates must provide evidence of identity, U.S. work authorization at the time of hire, and successfully pass a drug screening and Department of Defense criminal background check.

Responsibilities
  • Lead telecommunications/data systems and electrical work phases from conceptual design to final completion in support of RQ’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design‑build teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Provide technical guidance, evaluate engineering designs, and enforce industry standards.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (equivalent work experience and training acceptable).
  • Five or more years of project management experience on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Eight or more years of experience as a Project Engineer/Auxiliary Project Manager or equivalent in electrical and telecommunications construction; design‑build experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in engineering design, systems, and standards.
  • Computer literacy:
    Microsoft Office (Teams/SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Internet competency.
  • Preferred software:
    McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, Revit.
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour certifications required (training available). STS certification preferred.
  • LEED GA credential or LEED AP/AP+ preferred.
