• Provide VDC/BIM/Digital Delivery management and leadership by aligning technologies with internal and client goals.
• Create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM projects.
• Integrate VDC tasks including 3D logistics, 4D scheduling, 5D cost and quantity take‑offs.
• Define, coordinate, administer and manage the use of the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) through all project phases.
• Kick‑off, manage and track progress on clash detection, lead clash resolution meetings, and serve as BIM Subject Matter Expert.
• Coordinate laser scan data integration, facilitate Scan to BIM efforts, and manage model redline and as‑built processes.
• Verify construction install with model‑based practices, create project processes, and lead mobile device trainings for field employees.
• Lead reality capture, progress reporting, and weekly reporting for remote team members (360 photos, laser scans, drone data).
• Act as technology lead and provide in‑field technical troubleshooting support for software, model viewing and mobile device applications.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and trade partners during business development, proposals, and estimates.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop team members; enhance team expertise through collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide daily on‑site presence and coordinate VDC activities with field operations.

• At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment on a project site and virtually.
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
• Willingness to work on site at a project near Baton Rouge, LA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
