Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Solutions Architect to support our Gulf Coast Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

• Develop and communicate endtoend solution architectures spanning cloud services, enterprise applications, data pipelines, and software systems.
• Partner directly with customers, PMs, CORs, and engineering teams to translate mission requirements into actionable designs.
• Serve as a technical lead, advising engineering teams on design decisions, best practices, Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Ensure solution architectures meet reliability, security, scalability, and compliance goals.
• Create high quality architecture documentation, diagrams, whitepapers, and briefings.
• Support proposal development, technical strategy, and capture activities for new opportunities.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies throughout design and delivery phases.
• Assist with system accreditation (ATO) support as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field of study and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Architect, or comparable technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
• Experience with Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure system design.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
