Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Resident Care Assistant position located in Niceville, FL. The Resident Care Assistant will assist residents with daily activities, such as personal care, dressing, bathing, and mobility, while promoting their independence and dignity. The individual in this role will help maintain a safe and clean environment, monitor residents’ well‑being, and support their physical and emotional needs. Additionally, the Resident Care Assistant will collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding service and care for all residents.

• Experience in personal care assistance, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support
• Strong observational and communication skills to monitor residents’ well‑being and report any concerns
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines
• Empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and their families
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and contribute to a supportive community environment
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Previous experience in senior care or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
