Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females ages 12-18. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. The program offers comprehensive mental healthcare and educational services for at‑risk female adolescents, families, and our community.

We are currently seeking full‑time Mental Health Technicians (pay starting at $16.25 per hour, varying by experience). Staff will work three days during the week (Monday through Friday) and every other weekend (9am‑9pm or 9pm‑9am). The MHT functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing care that promotes safety, comfort, and a therapeutic environment while role‑modeling for adolescent girls.

MHTs provide supervision in treatment or educational settings; they assist in maintaining a safe, secure environment that enhances treatment and educational effectiveness, and can intervene effectively in crisis situations. Please apply at our website:
