Registered Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit Mixed Shifts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Full-Time MIXED SHIFT

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• You will oversees the daily functions and staff of the Critical Care department
• You will assist the department Director in development and review of the departmental budget
• You will regularly interact with physicians, nursing staff, medical staff, patients, visitors, administration and other health care providers
• You will participate in the recruiting, hiring, directing, counseling, and evaluation of staff
• You will facilitate staff development and assist with orientation of new employees
• You will approve shift scheduling for unit employees and ensure proper staffing at all times

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Full-Time MIXED SHIFT

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Must have 3 + years of Recent Acute Care leadership experience as a Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in the Critical Care (relief charge experience is not qualified)
• Associate Degree
• Florida RN licensure required
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire

Salary Range: $95-105K (may be able to push for $108-110K for a really strong candidate)
* Based on Years of experience
