We seek a compassionate, reliable LPN to provide care to adults in our patient-centered model. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, managing treatments under RN supervision, and supporting patient care plans.

In this role, you will:

Qualifications include:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) license.
• Relevant certification.
