Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12‑18. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. The center provides comprehensive mental‑health care and education services for at‑risk female adolescents, families, and the community.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN will serve as the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team. Duties include implementing a collaborative care plan as prescribed by physician(s) and the treatment team, providing medical management and patient assessment, ensuring environmental safety, and working with the treatment team to maintain a consistently therapeutic milieu. The RN provides leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
AvailabilityPart‑time 3 pm–11 pm shift; also required to cover other days/shifts as needed for requested time off.

Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as a registered nurse in a psychiatric or adolescent health care setting.
Licensure: Currently licensed as a Florida RN.
