Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Days or Nights) | Fort Walton Beach, FL

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. • Triage, assess, and provide emergency care to patients of all ages
• Identify expected outcomes and develop individualized plans of care
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and follow-up instructions to patients and families
• Remain calm and effective in high-stress, fast-paced situations
• Uphold hospital policies and standards for patient safety, confidentiality, and quality

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience (within the last 3 years) required; trauma experience preferred
• Education: Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Licensure:
• Active Florida RN license, Multistate Compact license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certifications:
• BLS – within 30 days of hire
• ACLS – within 90 days of hire
• PALS – within 90 days of hire
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) – within 90 days of hire
• TNCC – within 60 months of hire

• Environment: Collaborative, high-volume ER setting focused on quality and teamwork
• Salary Range:
• $27.72 – $34.32/hr (10 years’ experience)
• Up to $39.60/hr (20 years’ experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.25/hr
• Specialty Differential: +$1.50/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
