Registered Nurse – CVICU

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (CVICU) to join a leading hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced, high-acuity care in a collaborative environment while supporting critically ill cardiac and vascular patients.

Schedule: Days: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM;
Nights: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (DOE)
Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Monitor and manage patients recovering from cardiac and vascular procedures, including bypass, valve repair, and post-cath interventions.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and recovery expectations.
• Document patient care thoroughly and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols.

• Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 90 days of hire).
• 1+ year of ICU experience.
• BLS Certification.
