Health Care Support is actively seeking a Manager of Surgical Services to lead a busy inpatient surgical department at a well-established Level II Trauma Center serving the Fort Walton Beach and Destin community. This hospital is known for its comprehensive surgical services, advanced technology, and collaborative culture supporting a wide range of specialties. With a strong clinical foundation and leadership support, this is an excellent opportunity for a surgical services leader to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow within a respected healthcare system.

Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation:

• $95,000 - $112,000
• Relocation assistance available!

Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Surgical Services:

• Lead and oversee patient care operations on a 24‑hour basis, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of patient‑centered care. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care, improve quality outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience through proactive leadership and rounding.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid compact licensure. If hired with a compact license, an active Florida RN license must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Inpatient Surgical/Operating Room experience
