As an RN in this unit, you will provide specialized care to patients with neurological conditions or recovering from neuro-related surgeries while also supporting the medical-surgical needs of other patients.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients with neurological conditions, including post-operative care for neuro surgeries.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients' conditions, documenting their progress and updating care plans as needed.
• Comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on neuro conditions, recovery processes, and care plans.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient's conditions, ensuring timely interventions and treatments.

Candidate requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical or neuro unit preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple patients and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
