Manager of Surgical Services

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Surgical Services to oversee daily OR operations and lead a team of approximately 62 FTEs. This role will focus on quality patient care, staff leadership, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee daily operations of Surgical Services, including 10 main ORs and 2 CVORs
  .
• Lead, support, and develop nursing and surgical services staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians, anesthesia, PACU, nursing, and other departments.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources are available.
• Promote a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.

• RN license required
• Associate Degree required
• 3+ years of recent acute-care OR leadership experience
• BLS required within 30 days of start
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High-energy, flexible, and team-oriented approach
• Approximately 25 cases/day
• Approximately 62 FTEs
• Reports to the Director of Surgical Services
