Med-Surg RN

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgement, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiople patient care priorities. This role works closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to promet patient safety, support recovery, and achieve quality clinical outcomes.

• Assess patients upon admission and throughout their hospital stay, identifying changes in condition and responding appropriately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and prescribed treatment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with provider orders and established clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, symptoms, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns when necessary.

• 1 year of RN experience
• Active RN License in the State of Florida or multi-state compact license
• Nursing Degree
• BLS certification

All Shifts are 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. Days 7a-7p or Nights 7p-7a.
