Job Summary

This is a full‑time Title Closing Agent role located on‑site in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The Title Closing Agent will be responsible for coordinating and conducting real estate closings, preparing and reviewing title documentation, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Daily tasks include assisting clients with escrow services, managing closing transactions, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Additionally, this role requires communication with various stakeholders, such as realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers, to facilitate successful transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
  • Prepare and review title documentation
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
  • Assist clients with escrow services
  • Manage closing transactions and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Communicate with realtors, lenders, buyers, and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
Qualifications
  • Experience with Escrow and Title Insurance processes
  • Proficiency in managing Closings, including preparing and reviewing real estate documents
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to act as a licensed Notary
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • An understanding of relevant legal and compliance requirements in the real estate industry
  • Prior experience in the title or real estate sector is a plus
