Aimbridge Hospitality - 1500 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE [Kitchen Supervisor / Cook] As a Sous Chef at Aimbridge Hospitality, you'll:
Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and direct food preparation in kitchens;
Produce innovative and diversified menus that reflect the restaurant's overall vision;
Create menus and food presentation;
Perform spot checks for menu accuracy and taste;
Minimize spoilage waste and over production.
