Overview

Fort Walton Beach, FL position with Sam's Club. The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Additional compensation may include premiums as applicable.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling and disposal, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; and adapts to change and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; supports a culture of belonging and teamwork; acts with integrity and accountability; serves customers and Members; and strives for excellence.
