Your Impact

BOTE is looking to fill a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate position responsible for delivering industry-leading customer experiences and increasing customer satisfaction and lifetime value. The role involves providing timely support to our customers, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus commission based on sales. The individual will work at our Fort Walton and Destin retail stores as scheduled by the Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Represent our brand and embody the BOTE mission by prioritizing customer needs.
• Advocate for customers by understanding and addressing their needs effectively.
• Learn about our products—including paddleboards, kayaks, skiffs, docks, and gear—to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues according to company procedures.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with product selection.
• Support warranty services and manage returns/exchanges.
• Help maintain store appearance and assist with delivery days.
• Participate in store events and contribute to sales KPIs.
• Handle customer communications confidently and politely, even in challenging situations.
• Learn quickly and adapt on the job.
