Join Product Connections as a part‑time Product Demonstrator. This role involves conducting in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, preparing and serving food samples, and engaging consumers to promote products.
OverviewThe Associate is responsible for completing in‑store demonstrations and maintaining product knowledge, equipment, and supplies. The role requires a professional appearance and the ability to promote products in a positive, engaging manner.
DescriptionPay Rate: $15.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Gain product knowledge and use it to engage consumers positively.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using approved cleaning chemicals.
- Set up and prepare event tables for product executions.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports per company policy.
- Accurately submit all online requirements on the same day as event execution.
- Use the internet and company systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF, to complete assigned tasks.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer
Skills:
Proficient in using personal computers or mobile devices with applications and internal systems.
Certifications: Local Food Handler permit may be required.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach overhead up to 65 inches, talk and hear, read instructions, stoop, kneel, squat, climb a ladder, balance, lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds), and pull a demonstration cart. Preparation of foods and beverages using required appliances is also required.
Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with the retailer dress code requirements.

English is primary; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
