• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
• Supports a culture of respect and inclusion: embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen and connected, and helping to attract and develop talent; acts with integrity and accountability; serves customers and Members; strives for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and embracing change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
