Overview
Assoc Territory Manager - Panhandle FL RT s is an entry-level sales role in support of the Exogen business, reporting to the Regional Director of Sales and partnering with a Territory Manager to promote Exogen with customers and patients. Relocation to bordering states may be required.

What you'll be doing- Execute the regional business plan in the assigned territory to help achieve Exogen sales quotas, including account research, call planning, lead generation, qualification, and selling to existing accounts.
- Understand the distinction between Associate Territory Manager and Territory Manager: ATM works in high-volume territories to expand base business; TM expands reach into new opportunities and converts new customers and accounts.
- Work with patients to ensure proper use of Exogen to maximize efficacy within their treatment plan.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and sales processes for assigned products.
- Educate healthcare providers and clinic staff on proper use of the prescribed product.
- Adhere to marketing promotional guidelines, sample control, compliance regulations, and approved indications for use.
- Stay current with company communications through digital tools, voicemail, conference calls, and live meetings.
- Complete required training assignments and administrative tasks by defined deadlines.
- Maintain account profiles and assigned funnels as required.
- Uphold Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, procedures, and internal controls relevant to the role.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4-year college degree, preferably in sports medicine, life science, or a commercial discipline
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with deadlines, handle changing priorities, heavy workloads, and dynamic growth
- Experience in a business-to-business sales role with demonstrated results preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous; passion for orthopedics and improving patients’ lives
- Drive to succeed and achieve results
- Strong work ethic, self-starter, with a professional and friendly attitude
- Interest in orthobiologics and/or sports medicine preferred
