Foreman Telecom Underground – Lambert's Cable Splicing Co.

Lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems at Lambert's Cable Splicing. Ensure safety protocols and project timelines are followed while supervising daily operations.

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist the Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience (preferred a combination)
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

• Work alone in remote locations; confined spaces; arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; lift >55 lbs.
• Use ladder, keyboard, mouse occasionally
