• Tools, technology, and dispatch support to maximize efficiency

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures

• Run approximately 3–5 residential service calls per day

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide professional service

• Follow safety protocols, building codes, and company procedures

• Document work performed using Service Titan

• Maintain a clean work area, equipment, and company vehicle

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience

• Valid driver's license

• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills

• Ability to lift, climb, crawl, and work in physically demanding environments

• Professional attitude and respect for customers' homes

Ideal candidates typically have:

• At least 3 years of U.S. driving experience

• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, suspensions) in the past 3 years

• A responsible driving record with minimal recent accidents or moving violations

• Stable, year-round work with consistent call volume
