As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you’ll make sure vehicles are fueled, clean and safe before they hit the road again. You will be the face of Penske—the person greeting our customers when they arrive and the one sending them off with a smile.

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Building skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs (installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, performing preventive maintenance repairs).
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent (prior work experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information set by Penske management.
• Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies (including correct tool use, PPE, machine guarding, and safety practices).
• Regular, predictable, full attendance essential.
• Driving for Penske and customer vehicles requires DOT compliance and current driver qualification file maintenance (annual MVR check, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History records).
• Willingness to work required schedule, location, application, background screening, drug screen, physical, FMCSA clearinghouse, etc.

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, sit for extended periods.
• Use hands to operate tools or controls routinely.
• Work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms.
• Work safely in all weather conditions.
• See and hear to navigate workplace, especially with large trucks.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg, occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg; push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs.
