Servicing Specialist

About the role

The Servicing Specialist, Portfolio Services assists with the ongoing servicing of life insurance policies that are sold in the secondary market. As a Servicing Specialist, you will act as a liaison between the policy owners and life insurance companies.

• Communicate with life insurance carriers to obtain policy information.
• Facilitate the sale of life insurance policies.
• Obtain important value-related policy information on a periodic basis.
• Review and process key carrier written communication.

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
