Strategic Cost Manager Salary:$100,000 - $130,000 + Impressive Bonus Structures
Location:100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

- Assess and improve standard costing methodologies, processes, and reporting systems.
- Create and execute a roadmap for cost accounting enhancements and operational efficiency improvements.
- Lead cost analysis, production variance reviews, profitability analysis, and margin reporting.
- Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance leaders to drive informed business decisions.
- Support ERP optimization initiatives and ensure cost accounting best practices are embedded within the system.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team focused on continuous improvement and analytical excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing accounting experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience, including standard costing, variance analysis, and ERP systems.
