Key Responsibilities for the Construction Administrator:
• Maintain project documentation, records, and administrative workflows
• Coordinate submittals, procurement tracking, and project correspondence
• Support change management and project closeout activities
• Track compliance documentation, contracts, and related records
• Assist with billing support, reporting, and project-related financial processes
Qualifications for the Construction Administrator:
• 3-5 years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Construction, project administration, or related industry experience preferred
