As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Dekko you are responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials at the best possible prices. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

• Develop Sourcing Strategies
  :
  Create and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to meet the company’s procurement needs.
• Supplier Management
  :
  Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiation
  :
  Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
• Cost Management
  :
  Monitor and manage the budget for procurement activities, striving for cost reductions while maintaining quality standards.
• Market Analysis
  :
  Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and availability of materials.
• Risk Management
  :
  Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
• Performance Monitoring
  :
  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and finance, to ensure alignment on sourcing needs and strategies.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus if you have experience in: Castings, Extrusions, Wire, Plastics, Circuit Boards, LED’s or Electrical Distribution.
