• Ensure customer satisfaction through on-site support including order replenishment, product put-away, and Lean (6S) procedures.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to drive incremental revenue and growth through solutions.
• Maintain 6S appearance of all solutions equipment and log activity in SFDC.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and support product expansion through spot buys.
• Drive 100% safety compliance for the VMI team and recommend opportunities for solutions growth.
• Support shared profitability improvement goals and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Inventory management or customer service experience preferred.
• Relevant military experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long periods standing or walking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time‑management skills.

Compensation starting at $19–$20 per hour with quarterly incentive and car program. Competitive pay, generous 401(k) and stock purchasing programs, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
