• Forge strong partnerships with business counterparts, fostering collaborative relationships aimed at enhancing planning, budgeting, and analytical processes.
• Vigilantly monitor actual results against established plans, meticulously identifying potential risks and proactively proposing innovative initiatives to rectify performance gaps.
• Deliver comprehensive weekly updates to forecasts, incorporating valuable input from business partners, and adeptly adjust projections to align with evolving business requirements.
• Proactively anticipate reporting needs, ensuring that timely and informed business decisions can be made in response to dynamic market demands.
• Craft and refine standard reports designed to serve as powerful tools for driving decision‑making, while concurrently offering meaningful insights to business partners.
• Delve into the intricacies of complex financial data, distilling key findings into insightful summaries that empower business partners to make informed strategic decisions.

• Senior Level Accounting Education, experience, or combination. CPA or MBA preferred
• Experience with Reporting Systems such as SAP or Business Objects
• Experience with complex retail or manufacturing environments highly preferred
