You'll work directly with company leadership, make meaningful project decisions, and help shape the future of our project management team.
You don't have to know everything on day one. We provide training on our software, erection practices, and required safety certifications.

- Work from a new headquarters. Join us at our brand-new office in southwest Fort Wayne.
At SCSE, safety, quality, and productivity work together. We believe in planning well, solving problems early, and delivering work our customers can count on.
