Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join a well-established design-build construction company in Fort Wayne, IN. This position will oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects align effectively.

Duties:

Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion

Act as primary point of contact for clients, updates, and issue resolution

Manage project schedules, budgets, billing, and financial tracking

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, internal teams, and field operations

Lead meetings, maintain project records, and ensure compliance with codes and standards

Ensure job site safety through inspections, meetings, and daily reporting

Support team development through coaching, feedback, and follow-up Embrace company values and culture

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience in project management within commercial construction

Knowledge of commercial or industrial design-build projects

Familiarity with Adobe, Bluebeam, Procore, and Timberline Understanding of construction methods, equipment, and technology

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Experience with EOS is a plus

Salary and Benefits :

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience
