Your Role: As a Ticket Seller
, you'll work directly under the Ticket Office Manager, ensuring every guest has a smooth, hassle-free experience when purchasing tickets. Whether you're handling in-person sales or answering inquiries over the phone, your mission is simple: deliver world-class customer service. This position is perfect for anyone who loves to engage with the public, balance a cash drawer, and work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the ticketing system to sell tickets for a wide range of exciting events.
• Provide event details and answers over the phone to help guests plan their perfect outing.
• Ensure your cash drawer is perfectly balanced by the end of each shift.
• Be a problem-solver for guests, handling any ticket-related issues with ease.
• Participate in Coliseum emergency procedures—you’ll know the building like the back of your hand.
• Support other team members and take on additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Strong cash handling skills—you're a pro at balancing the books.
• Comfortable using computers and office equipment.
• Flexible availability—you’re ready to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event days.
• Excellent verbal communication and top-tier customer service skills.
• Enjoy the thrill of working in a fast-paced, high-energy office setting.
• You’ll move around—standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Exposure to noise from the crowds and excitement of Coliseum events.

Hours & Commitment:

• Hours are but will include nights, weekends, and holidays depending on the event schedule.
