Responsibilities and Duties

Assist the team with managing orders, tracking fuel levels, etc.

Engage in business conversations with customers effectively

Support report preparation, month-end closing, invoicing, and paperwork

Identify and resolve customer issues

Establish and maintain effective relationships with support departments

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years in sales support or customer service roles
Experience in issue resolution
Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks/projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
