O'Daniel Automotive Group has been proudly serving the Fort Wayne community for over 40 years. Due to our recent growth, we are excited to add 3 Customer Service Professionals to our dynamic team. We are looking for candidates who LOVE making our customers happy. Our team is full of high-energy individuals who put the customer's needs first.

• Work closely with diverse groups including company employees at all levels, customers, and suppliers.
• Build strong relationships and manage customer needs effectively.
• Recognize and uncover sales opportunities while addressing customer needs.
• Professionally answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
• Strong relationship building and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass all security and background checks.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Self-motivated with a passion for serving clients and strong integrity.
