Pro Resources is seeking a Client Services Specialist for a client in Fort Wayne, IN. The Client Services Specialist is the single point of contact for its clients - the front door for everything that is not equipment sales, technical service, or finance. The CSS answers client calls and emails, takes requests and complaints, routes them to the right ABM team, and follows up to close the loop back with the client.
The CSS keeps clients informed on service and delivery status, handles customer supply requests, onboards new clients, and coordinates business reviews. This is a people-first relationship seat built on consistency and reliable follow-through - not a back-office, data-entry role.
Monday-Friday 8-5 PM
Compensation is from 41,600 USD to 52,000 USD per year
Job Duties- Single point of contact - own client communication by phone, email, and in person for everything outside equipment sales, technical service, and finance.
- Requests, questions, and complaint intake - take move requests, general inquiries, and complaints; route each to the right owner; follow up and close the loop back with the client.
- Service and delivery status - keep clients informed on scheduling, timing, and status (service and delivery teams perform the work; the CSS communicates it).
- Customer supply requests, end to end - take the request, research the needed item, and place the order on the customer's behalf; set new clients up on website to order their own supplies.
- Onboarding and launch communication - welcome new clients, set expectations, and guide them through what to expect.
- Ongoing relationship health - proactive check-ins, knowing the account, and serving as the client's guide.
- Business review coordination - schedule and coordinate Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews (led by leadership; the CSS sets them up).
- Take customer service-call requests and enter them into dispatch system.
- A people-first communicator with strong relationship and interpersonal skills; comfortable proactively reaching out to clients.
- Consistent, reliable follow-through - able to track open items and close every loop without dropping details.
- Professional, calm phone presence, including with frustrated customers.
- Comfortable learning and working in business software daily, including entering orders and service requests (experience with e-automate or similar business systems is a plus; system access will be provided).
- Prior customer service, account coordination, or client-relationship experience (a step above an entry-level customer service representative).
