• General Dentistry license in the state of Indiana.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional general dentistry and maintain strong customer service and interpersonal relations.

• Ability to communicate well with patients and teammates.

The offices are equipped with Digital X-rays, Intraoral Cameras in Every Operatory, Paperless Charting System, Panoramic Machine, Air-Driven Handpieces, and CBCT.

• Mondays and Thursdays only—depending on office needs.

• $150,000 - $200,000+ annually
• Up to 35% of collections
