Associate Dentist – $50,000 Sign On Bonus

- Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.
- Use Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Maintain yearly OSHA and HIPPA training and emergency management training.
- Work in a practice with 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider; average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
- Serve a patient base primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population.
- Administer appropriate insurance plans (state insurance plans, PPO, out‑of‑network).
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing care.
- Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxides (for permitted states).
- Compassion and strong desire to provide care to children and adults.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Guaranteed base pay of $900/day with uncapped earning potential.
- Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month.
- Sign on bonus: $50,000.
