Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Design Architect role based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Senior Design Architect will oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include the creation and management of architectural designs, development of construction drawings, and effective collaboration with clients and team members. The role requires ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory specifications while mentoring junior team members and managing project timelines effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Design Management
• Expertise in creating Construction Drawings and managing their implementation
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of architecture practices and principles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
• Experience in project management and leading diverse teams
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
