Launch your services in Walmart stores! As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will lead patient care for eye and vision services and general health and wellbeing. You will have autonomy over practice days, hours, patient scheduling, and fee setting, and you will retain 100% of exam/professional fees.
What You’ll Do- Establish your days and hours of practice and control your patient schedule
- Set your fee schedule
- Maintain 100% of exam/professional fees

Minimum Qualifications- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
