Plastic Surgeon Locums Job in Indiana Premium Rates Clinic, Call, and Procedures

Dates of Coverage: April 1, 2026. Requesting 2-4 weeks a month ongoing.

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Indiana License or IMLC required
ACLS, BLS Certification required
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Mon and Wednesday are clinic days
Call is Every Monday and Every 4th weekend
Patient Mix:
Adult 80%, Peds 10%, Trauma 10%
Inpatient 10%, Outpatient 90%
30 clinic patients per day, 3-5 Procedures on procedure days
Three Physician Practice, 2 Mid-Levels
Procedure Mix:
Required - General, Reduction mammoplasty, Mastectomy/lumpectomy, Breast Reconstruction
Preferred but not required procedures - Cranial, Facial implants, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Mandibular Set backs, Augmentation Mammoplasty, Mastopexy, (Hand)
Tendon Release/repair, Nerve Release/repair, Congenital, Traumatic, Abdominoplasty, Genitourinary reconstructive surgery, Burn-related surgery, Laster surgery
Epic
Trauma Level 2
