Physicians and APP's in suburbanFort Wayne, Indiana.Partner with a robust primary care referral base; in a catchment area over 375,000, to build your successful practice. Hone your teaching skills with a rotation of IUSM students and access to a research department.
* We are looking for a start date of fall 2026.*

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm outpatient clinic (75%)
  • Option for EMG, EEG and injections (if preferred)
  • Flexibility as we build and shape our new hospital facility
    * opening doors in 2027*

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Certified
  • Ability to acquire Indiana license
  • Open to both graduating Residents/Fellows and practicing Physicians

Delivering on our vision to make Indiana one of the nation’s healthiest states, Indiana University Health expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018. Currently, IU Health operates four primary care clinics, two urgent cares, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area.
