- Perm Position Only (no locums to perm considered)
- Full Time: 1752 hours annually
- Patients volume: 10,000 - 23,000 average patient volume/year
- Patient population/age: all ages
- Practice Setting:
Hospital - Fellowship trained:
Preferred, not required - Minimum experience required: 3 - 5 years experience in emergency medicine
- Ideal candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
- Physician will provide specialized medical treatment according to patient needs within community hospital emergency departments
- Physician will manage multiple patients both with serious and non-serious illnesses and injuries including heart attacks, stroke, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia
- Perform assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments as needed to resuscitate or stabilize patients, and refer them to the appropriate medical departments
- DEA - Required
- Board Certified - Required
- Active IN License - Required (Willing to License)
