Inpatient Psychiatry with Leadership Role Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join its behavioral health program in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role includes both direct patient care and facility medical director responsibilities within a large inpatient psychiatric service. Overview:

Primarily inpatient psychiatry with occasional PHP/IOP and telemedicine consults Hospital program includes 120 inpatient psychiatric beds Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible hours) Typical caseload: 12-16 patients/day

Responsibilities include:

- Direct adult and geriatric psychiatric care - Supervision of nurse practitioners (if applicable) - Alignment of clinical work with hospital goals in collaboration with administration Optional after-hours call coverage (voluntary rotation) Optional weekend coverage (voluntary rotation) & Benefits:
