Join our Anesthesia Team!
Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our growing Anesthesiology team. An ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills, a respectful bedside manner, and the ability to work effectively within a team-based care environment
Our CAAs work alongside anesthesiologists as part of an established MD/AA Care Team Model
, providing care across a variety of cases and specialties

- Bachelor’s degree with a strong background in science
- Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) program
- Current or pending certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
- Current or pending Indiana state licensure
- No previous experience required, provided all required licensing, certification, and clinical training requirements have been completed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while supporting system initiatives
