Multilingual Learners | Temporary Tutor | Title III Non-Public

This is considered a temporary assignment. Schedule is based on student needs.

Must have a minimum of three years of teaching experience and possess a valid Indiana teaching license for the assigned grade levels and/or subject areas OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential. REPA/REPA 3 Licensure Options:

• English as a New Language P-12
• Teachers of English Learners P-12

• Valid Indiana Teaching license = $40.00 per hour

Providetutoringservicesto Title lllNon-Publicstudentsin English language development.

• Identify Title III Non - Public students under the guidance of the Local Education Authority (LEA) using criteria outlined in the rules and regulations covering Title III.
• Collaborate with teachers of Title III Non - public students to align English language development instruction with general educationcurriculum.
• Tutor Title lll Non-public students in the area of English language development. Both individually and in small groups in an area outside of the classroom setting; monitorstudent progress.
• Regularly consult with LEA regarding Title III services for the Non - public site(s) .
